A sim can be caught cheating by their partner and just go and grab a glass of water and be completely okay two minutes later. The working medicine cabinets mod is amazing because it lets you have a medicine cabinet somewhere in your home probably a bathroom that you can just go to and grab medicine, you do still have to pay for it.

This experience feels much more realistic compared to it being ordered online and just showing up in your inventory.
